General

I wish to thank my Traveler buddies who stayed with me until the ambulance took me to Sharon Hospital yesterday. Specifically to Al, Jeff,Schrager,Maggiolo, LAcavalla, Monti. Now here goes, a special thanks to Ed Davies for coming to the Hospital, waiting and driving me home. I am forever in his debt. Just an aside, try to imagine hitting your head, having lack of memory and you open your eyes and you see this six foot something with a goat tee standing over you. I knew I was in good hands. Thanks Eddie. Earlier in the day, Bob Schrager fell off the same cart on his back to the ground, not to be outdone by Bob......

Extra Padding

To be precise, I fell on my butt. Now, many people have accused me of having my brains in my burr. However, if so, they are well incased in a fair amount of padding. In your case, I suggest growing a pony tail to give you extra padding for the next time you hit the back of your head on the ground.

Art, Glad you lived to write this post. I had composed one titled "Artrebound on the Rebound" to let folks know you are OK. My favorite line was going to be:

"Doctors at the idyllic Sharon Medical Center pronounced Artie to be out of danger, as he had hit his head rather than a vital organ." And I loved when you asked us "Did we shoot yet?" We did, and you had a 36!

Lest you think your brain is fully recovered, I shaved off the goatee six months ago! Only you and my wife have failed to notice.

You are not in my debt for life. Two or three years of carrying my (shooting) bag should do it!

Take care, and try to avoid foolishness in the future!
