 Never found the crimp to be a problem. Once everything is dialed in, they reload just fine. I just had more than I could use.

AA HS 28 ga hulls

I bought 100 of these hulls new a while back.  They are miserable to load -- they don't take a crimp well in my MEC loader.  I had to constantly, and I mean constantly, adjust the crimp punch.  It took hours to load 100 rounds.  Unless Winchester has solved the length problem with these hulls, they're a disaster in the making.  I threw mine away.  This was a couple of years ago, when they first came onto the market.  Hopefully they've been improved by now.
